Partial coordination
This service is ideal for couples who already have partly organized their wedding but need help with the final details. My job is to integrate the services you've already booked with the planning of any activities that haven't been finalized yet. I'll review what's already been done and submit my proposals for the project completionSo, if you've started planning and already booked a few services but want extra help finalizing everything, this is probably the service you need.
We'll meet to discuss the details so nothing is left to chance. I'll manage communications with all suppliers, including those you've already selected, so I can seamlessly monitor and supervise all activities.
On your wedding day, I'll be there to ensure the venue and decor are ready to welcome you and meet your expectations.
Complete consulting and planning
This is my most comprehensive service, ideal for couples who decide to work with a professional and certified Wedding Planner. The service is KIT, From Research of all suppliers, to the design of the event, until coordination of the staff on the wedding day, so that their special day is just as they always imagined it...or even better!
I offer a no-obligation initial meeting to get to know each other and help you decide which service is best for you. A Wedding Planner is a service representative, a consultant, a research expert, and a local promoter, but often also a trusted confidant. And it's important to have a good understanding from the start! The PLATINUM service consists of 5 phases:
1. Start
2. Service definition and planning
3. Execution
4. Identification, control and presentation of suppliers
5. Event day: coordination and service delivery
Your special day has been planned and elaborated down to the smallest detail, leaving you with complete peace of mind!
Sustainable marriage
A “Yes I do” in the spirit of savings and sustainability, avoiding excess and waste on the most beautiful day of your life.
Invitations, favors, dresses, ceremony, reception, menu, honeymoon, everything can be a green footprint without waste while respecting the environment.
Today, more and more couples are choosing a sustainable path for their wedding day.
As a Wedding Planner my points of reference are the energy saving, the quality fashion and healthy food.
Following the cardinal principle of sustainability, "reuse," I suggest my spouses turn to vintage when choosing their dresses or follow family traditions and adapt their grandmother's dress.
As for the location, farmhouses, vineyards, orchards, farms, cellars, and historic homes are the best options for combining magic, romance, local tradition, and simplicity without sacrificing style and elegance.
The location will be reached by public transport, which has the great advantage of transporting relatives and friends safely as well as reducing the environmental impact.
We prefer a daytime reception to avoid electricity and take advantage of natural sunlight.
Catering will be provided by a local company that highlights seasonal local products. No single portions or disposable packaging.
Even for the floral decorations and the bouquet, seasonal flowers, not imported ones, will be preferred.
For wedding favors, choose plants, bulbs, or seeds packaged in natural materials like jute, linen, and hemp.
